The smallest to-do list ever
FreshTasks is a lightweight personal task list. Notice something, say it or type it, and it's captured. Start a thing or two, move them forward, and that's the whole system.
No projects, no tags, no folders — and nothing ever goes overdue.

Say it, and it's on the list
Tap the microphone and say “I need to send Dave the proposal” — a task appears. Later, say “I sent Dave the proposal” and it's completed. Prefer typing? A quick-add field is right there too, built for entering tasks in quick succession.
Capture in passing
The moment you notice something, it takes a few seconds to get it out of your head and into the list. Speech and typing are both first-class.
One flat pool
Every task lives in a single list. What you've started floats to the top, and anything deferred waits quietly in “Not today” until its day comes.
A gentle lifecycle
A task is unstarted, started, or completed — a tap steps it along. No due dates, no priorities, no overdue machinery nagging you about yesterday.
A list, not a planning system
Most task apps grow into little project managers: areas, labels, schedules, reviews. FreshTasks deliberately stays a list. Capture what needs attention, start one or two things, and move them forward.
Completed tasks rest at the bottom for a while so you can see what moved, then clear themselves away. Nothing accumulates, and nothing demands to be organized.
The whole app is the list. That's the point.
On your iPhone and your Mac
FreshTasks lives on iPhone and Mac, and your list follows you between them through your own iCloud account. There's no account to create and no service to sign up for.
